Was fortunate enough to get to visit the Finch studio and meet with Spencer! If you ever get a chance to visit the studio and meet with one of the guys, don’t hesitate. Spencer was very warm and generous to my mother and I. It will definitely become a norm for me whenever I am traveling to our out-of-state property. Love seeing the new releases, prototypes, and designs for future knives.
This Stray Dog fits right in with my other Finch knives. The Cream Soda Resin handle is fantastic!!

Finch does it again! This is the fifth Finch Knife in my collection and once again I am completely satisfied with this one. This is a larger model compared to others I have, the ergonomics are on point, the blade shape is interesting and practical and as always the style in material choice is dynamic. Lots of words just to say, “Thanks Finch for making yet another cool knife!”
So after taking a back seat watching the brand for close to a year I made my first purchase little more than a week ago and now as of this morning I have added 5 FINCH KNIVES to my modest collection with the Cream Soda being my second Stay Dog and I am simply left with AWESOME BRAND… FINCH please look the other way here because the Stray Dog is too much knife for too little money. The Stray Dog should be twice the price with this level of craftsmanship. I appreciate the value so much so that I will be buying duplicates. Thank you again FINCH…
After shopping Finch for several months(almost a year)looking online at various retailers and EBay the “Stray Dog” came to me via email as if my last little nudge to just get it and see for myself. Today after less than 24hrs with her I am so impressed that I am ready for more. The fit, feel, finish & design of my Stray Dog is really as good as it gets. I consider myself a novice with a modest 40-ish collection of mostly Reate & Pena a few CRTK’s & CIVI’s all giving me many options for my EDC folders ranging in price from just under $100 all the way up to $500(don’t tell my wife) however today is a new day for me because I believe the Stray Dog is going to be my absolute favorite EDC, hands down my most impressive. So much so that I have just purchased another Finch (Undertaker) and I am planning my next Stray Dog and a second Undertaker. If I had one recommendation to other buyers it would be do not delay buying this incredible brand, this morning my only regret is why I took so long to allow myself the pleasure of ownership. Thank You FINCH, wish I had found you in 2020, great brand & I will be a lifelong customer, supporter, follower.
This is my third finch blade and they just keep getting better. You can’t beat the quality, the beauty and the sharpness of their knives.
Fell in love with the oxbone first time I saw it. Has a wonderful waxy feel to it and fits well in hand. No play in the action and just a solid piece. A little tighter on the flip than my Nocturnal but it's just a slightly more robust build, and a great one at that. Very happy with this one.
I bought Sunkist Frogs Leg for my brothers birthday and was so impressed that I got one for myself. I also have two 1929s in my collection so I’m no stranger to Finch. Old school style with modern features at a great price point. Love what you do Finch…thanks!!!

I received this knife from a giveaway on bigrededc's youtube channel while I was in the hospital. This being my first finch I was very pleased! Of all the Finch Knives I own The Stinger is my Favorite. The style, the Thickness, the overall quality make this a fantastic EDC.
