Works as Smooth as Silk

I did expect it to be more of a green color than it is appears almost white instead of green. I am happy with the knife just wish it was more like the photo online.

In Like Flint

As a collector I assess what’s in my hand not its performance in the field. Finch is a marque I took to right away. The models are in a sense unique, appealing, different from the run of the EDCs in its own way. When I first held a Flint for the first time, this Flnch model’s weight, balance, comfortable grasp was immediately apparent. To my eye, and in my hand I can appreciate stylistically the Flint evokes a delight. As with Finch EDCs, the design, style, presence via materials, build quality is just so appealing and individual. It sets its own family of EDCs that makes me want to collect them. The blade arrived in pristine condition. Its design isn’t as impressive in person as it is online. In satin its executed perfectly and lest one may forget in watch-out sharp. Jade or Ghost Green is not a color I often choose. But the handle scales are so well done and Ghost Green as it is typed is very attractive. The Finch shield logo just fits. In hand, the scales feel comfortable. And all the design allows includes one hand operation for opening (the flipper flips) and closing the lock bolster is easy to engage. The operational condition is ready out of the box without the need of a drop of lubrication or several 100 rounds of exercise the blade and its tethered to. Just a snap of the wrist is sufficient. Whether open or closed the Flint is so attractive. I do miss a paracord port as I enjoy dressing up my collection. In the case of the Finch model array, a lanyard and bead isn’t really needed. The Flint is just perfect unadorned. Does it sound like I highly recommend Finch’s Flint? I do.

Had to have another!

I already own a Finch Flint. It is a fantastic knife and I have used it for a variety of tasks around the house, in the garden, and in the field. Thought having another was a great idea!
