I have carried my Ghost Jade Runtly for 2 years straight daily. It is still in perfect condition. I use it every day for work and at home on the farm. Perfect for a gentleman's folder. Opening boxes and letters, trimming plastic for signage, Scraping glass etc. This is my go to edge for anything and everything I need through my day. It has never let me down. I holds an edge very well though yes, needs a cleanup once it a blue moon. I have never had another so easy to bring back to razor sharp as it's straight edge and has no curve. It still looks brand new. I am looking for another to keep handy for when this one might get lost or somehow might need replacing but darn if they are discontinued. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. It is rare to find something made so well that it doesn't wear out to the point of needing replacement every couple years but this one was one of those perfect items and now it has already become extinct. What a bummer.

If you’re looking for a stout blade that can really slice, look no further. This blade slices through cardboard like butter. I’ve also tested it on on small saplings in the woods. The small but thick blade makes quick work of whatever I’ve thrown at it.
