I have been collecting small high quality knives for years.
The Cimarron being my latest find has not disappointed.
I must say the Folks at Finch have put together a Fine piece of Artwork in this Cimarron green handled knife.
It is Definitely one of my favorite pieces.
I use it all the time from slicing fresh fruit - cheese and Salami as well as opening packages and bags. .
What a great little tool it is !
